|Recommended: YesMy family and I used the pool on the 4th of July. It was very clean and well maintained. Jon Watkins one of the maintenance crew was very friendly and made sure the pool was clean of any bugs and debre.

|Recommended: YesI just had a tour at Strata with Amy the assistant manager and there very kind leasing agent Kimble. They are so kind and welcoming. It is a very beautiful property with a beautiful pool and lots of apartment options. I highly recommend this place to call home.

The only complaint I have is that there is never any parking spaces near our apartment so bringing groceries in is always a hassle. I know we could just buy covered parking, but we don’t have that kind of money.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — I’ve been living at Strata Apartments for a little while and it has been an amazing experience The property is beautifully maintained, and the modern design of the apartments really stands out.
The management team is incredibly responsive and friendly—they truly go above and beyond to ensure tenants are happy and taken care of. Any maintenance requests I’ve had were addressed quickly, often within the same day.
Overall, I feel safe, comfortable, and well-supported living here. Strata Apartments really feels like home, and I couldn’t recommend it more

|Recommended: YesGreat Place — Overall it’s a wonderful place to live. The construction and people not picking up after themselves is not Strata themselves fault, once that is over and people respect their home surroundings and other’s it would be a 5 star hands down

|Recommended: NoNice place — The apartments and staff are nice. The club house is fun. However parking near our apartment is limited at best and getting a covered spot is extremely difficult.

Ive only lived here a short amount of time, but there's already been a couple hand full of times where I've had to park quite a ways away from my building. Its not so much an issue as it is a bit frustrating. Other than that, this place is great

Thank you for the review and your honest feedback. We strive to provide our residents quality home living. We plan on doing some "fall cleanup" pretty soon, which will result in more available parking.
