Easy Meal Prep Recipes for the New Year
Meal prepping doesn’t have to be complicated. With a few simple recipes, you can stock your fridge for the week—even in a small apartment kitchen. Here are easy, fast, delicious recipes that require minimal ingredients, minimal cleanup, and minimal space.
1. Mix-and-Match Grain Bowls (Base Recipe)
Ingredients (makes 4 bowls):

2 cups cooked rice or quinoa

2 cups roasted veggies (broccoli, peppers, zucchini)

1 lb cooked chicken, tofu, or black beans

Sauce of your choice (teriyaki, lemon vinaigrette, salsa)
Directions:
