Strata's Furry Residents
Meet Some of Our Furry Residents! One of the best things about Strata is that we are dog and cat friendly! Our whole staff loves animals. We have a lot of furry residents that we see around the community and would like to introduce you to some of them! These three are siblings! Coconut the cat, Gideon the little dog & Rusty the big dog. Coconut loves the big balcony where he can watch over the whole complex. He is best friends with Rusty. They spend hours together wrestling and chasing each other around the house. Gideon loves having a dog friendly park across the street, as pictured. He is also called “the doggy police” because if Rusty is playing too rough at home or with Coconut, Gideon immediately jumps in to stop it. Both dogs love to nap on the couch next to the large living room window that is facing the mountains. These three siblings and their parents live in the Amber floor plan and love the size of it! If the Topaz is too small for you, the Amber is a great option. They also love meeting their neighbors and other dogs in the community! Meet Angus! He is the sweetest, smiliest, collie cross. His favorite part of the community is going for walks around the apartment community meeting other dogs and residents along the way. His owner loves all of the counter space! They live in the Topaz floor plan. Some fun facts about Angus are that he has only three legs and that the humane society transferred him all the way from New Mexico when he was adopted. This is Maggie and she also lives in an Amber style apartment! She is 5 years old and is a golden retriever. She loved the big window in the living room as well! Maggie enjoys walks around the apartment community every evening. She is a huge lover, so her collar says “Can’t hold my licker.” She also has a stuffed animal puppy that she loves so much and has had since she was a puppy. If Maggie could hike all day, she would! This is Ash, the white cat, and Boba, the small kitty! They live in the Topaz floor plan. Boba follows Ash around everywhere, but can’t follow him up to the top of the cabinets yet where Ash likes to hangout. Boba loves looking out the window in the living room. Some fun facts about them are that Ash knows how to sit on command and that Boba likes looking at his reflection in the dishwasher. Their parents love that Strata is cat friendly and they love the big closets! Meet Etta! She loves the dog park, and she loves to lay on the patio and watch for other doggos. Etta and her owner are also huge fans of the dog park, as well as the pool area! They live in the Topaz floor plan. Etta is from New Mexico. They adopted her a few months ago and she is growing so fast. She loves to eat ice, snuggle, and go crazy at the dog park with her furry friends. This is Nina and Nala! They travelled for 26 hours by plane from Spain to live here! They love the big windows and looking at the pool. They also love being on the balcony. This is Lou! His favorite part of the apartment and/or community is his corner in the living room, and he loves the dog park. Lou’s mom’s favorite part of the apartment and community is her spot in the living room and the dog park as well! They live in the Topaz floor plan. A fun fact about Lou is that he loves road trips, especially if a beach or water is involved. He is also a snuggly, giant lap dog and cannot be trusted with a box of Kleenex! “Thanks for making Strata a great place for pets and their people to live!!” ~Amanda Crenshaw
