Strata Apartments is one of the few apartment communities in Logan, Utah that allow both cats and dogs. We allow up to two (2) animals for $35.00 a month total and a one-time $350 pet fee.

 

Apartments are not all Strata has to offer, townhomes will be coming soon to the Strata community in Logan, and are expected to be ready in April 2021. The 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom luxurious townhomes will be equipped with a two-car garage and will also include internet and utilities in the monthly rental price.
